Loehler and Associates, Consulting Engineer March 14, 1967 Northern boundary: Approximately 400' north of Taylor Street Southern boundary: Shepherd Street Western boundary: Approximately 200' west of Fulton Street Eastern boundary: Approximately 100' east of Brookville Road Notes: Providegrading and sod the area 11' square at new catch basin. Provide connection between new catch-basin and existing 24" DIA. T.C. sewer with 8" extra heavy T.C. pipe. Cut existing 24" DIA. Sewer with masonry saw, do not use impact tools for cutting. At new catch-basin provide a 1108 Josam back-water valve. Tamp soil thoroughly under new catch-basin. Concrete for catch-basin and paving shall have 7 bags of air-entraining Portland cement per cubic yard. Scale: 1" equals 50' Size: 24" by 36" Three copies of same map dated 1967. John G.
